I’ve prayed for health and my security

For a family and a wife

Now I’m thankful for the Lord above

Who shined His light upon my life.

I’ve prayed for guidance and for wisdom

I’ve prayed for foes and prayed for friends

Because I know the love of Lord above

Whose boundaries have no ends.

Of the prayers I used to pray

By faith I walked the winding road

That led me where I am today

Wishes that were on my heart

Today I ask for prayer requests

What can I ask the Lord for you?

I know that in His timing

That there’s nothing He can’t do.

With assurance from the Heavens

That His answer is surely near.
