I spend my morning on the shoreline

Walking and talking with the Lord

I thank him for his blessings

And I ask him for his words

Some days bring storms and thunder

And some days you will get burned

And the good ones will be perfect

But they’re all made for lessons learned

I’m humbled by the good days
